With only several weeks left in 2021, Canyon of the Eagles is the perfect place to celebrate, heal, and rejuvenate throughout the holiday season. So, make your plans now to ring in 2022 safely, deliciously, and merrily!

Not driving on New Year’s Eve is a safe idea. And being able to stroll back to your room after a night of celebrating makes a safe idea even better.
What’s the difference between a Standard Guestroom and a Deluxe Guestroom? Standard rooms have a micro-fridge (the size of a 6-pack) and the Deluxe rooms have a mini-fridge (dorm room size) and a microwave. Deluxe rooms also have a table with two chairs inside. Both Standard and Deluxe rooms have a Keurig coffee machine and may have either one queen-size bed or two. Views also may vary between lake, nature, or courtyard.

DELICIOUSLY
After booking your accommodations, your next step is to make a reservation for the dinner & dance celebration in Overlook Restaurant. A five-course plated dinner with multiple entrée options will be served from 5 PM to 10 PM in the beautiful Overlook Restaurant dining room or on the outdoor deck (weather permitting). Seating times are on a first-come basis with the last seating at 9 PM. Call Tami at 512-334-2070 ext. 2 to book the dinner & dance. Peruse our extensive wine & beer list and make a selection to accompany your meal.
MERRILY
The Fridayz with lead singer Renee will perform live from 9 PM-Midnight. They play a wide range of popular tunes to get you out of your chair and on the dance floor. The music and dance portion of the evening will be held in the adjacent Bluebonnet Room with a cash bar throughout the evening, festive decor, party favors, and a countdown to midnight. This is a command performance by the same great band that brought our New Year’s party to life two years ago.
Enjoy the night air and sit by the firepit. Steal a kiss under the moonlight.
NEW YEAR’S DAY
New Year’s Day, aka the morning after, is a recovery day. Sleep in. Stroll back to Overlook Restaurant for a delicious brunch-like breakfast where we will be serving Bloody Mary’s, Mimosa, and freshly brewed coffee. Soo much coffee! Chef Matthew has also created a few super scrumptious breakfast specials just for New Year’s Day.
In keeping with the New Year’s Day Southern tradition, Chef Matthew will whip up a batch of black-eyed peas, to ensure all our guests have a New Year filled with good luck!
The Eagles Nest Lounge will be open on New Year’s Day for watching college football games on the big screen television. The lounge menu is available along with a full bar. Who doesn’t want football with a side of burgers, pizza, and fried pickles?
