The Live Oak Room is superb for the large corporate or social events, offering over 2,900 square feet the possibilities are endless. With multiple capabilities for either one ballroom or three individual sections of a minimum of 38′ x 19′, The room offers a screen in each section, or a larger screen to accommodate the entire space. Dimmer switches and individual room temperature is offered in each section. The covered porch is well suited for fresh air breaks, bar service, breakout sessions and receptions. Restrooms and foyer on site.
The Bluebonnet Room is ideal for the small, intimate gathering or corporate meeting, offering 1,100 square feet of open, bright space, bringing the outside in. This multi-functional space offers an inside and a private outdoor entrance. High-speed internet is available in the Bluebonnet Room and it has a 88 lineal feet of wall panels for displaying photos, art, charts, graphs, and campaigns. It features a service bar and floor elective pods. Ideally located adjacent to the Overlook Restaurant, it is close to public restrooms, and our main patio.
The Eagles Nest Lounge features a unique built-in rock and granite full-bar. The room is anchored on one end with a rustic floor to ceiling rock fireplace. With windows on three sides of the room it is a cheerful spot to gather and to take in the breathtaking sunsets..
Double doors opens onto the the resorts large patio with an outdoor fireplace and Adirondack chairs. Nearby restrooms are available in the adjacent Overlook Restaurant. The room is equipped with Satellite television. The Eagle’s Nest Lounge is not available to rent on Friday or Saturday.
