We provide a productive and enjoyable environment with plenty of indoor and outdoor options so you can get down to business and still have fun. Your team leaves refreshed and rejuvenated, and ready to tackle whatever lay ahead!

Accommodations
Guestrooms * RV Park * Tent Camping (Group & Individual)
Canyon of the Eagles offers several accommodation types; 61 guestrooms, 25 RV sites with full hook-up and a bathhouse, 33 tent campsites, and Fishermans Point, a secluded lakefront group tent campsite with space for 100+ people. Group rates are available with 10 or more guestrooms. Or, fewer guestrooms if you also book catered meals. And yes, we are pet-friendly so you can invite your teams along with their pets! Four-legged furry friends on a leash are welcome on our nature trails and lakeside as well as at outdoor dining and live musical performances. We are happy to discuss a full or partial resort buy-out as well.

If you’re saying your marriage vows or renewing them, building team morale or reviewing spreadsheets, gathering the family, or throwing a party, you won’t find a prettier or more enjoyable setting than Canyon of the Eagles. Group sales work with blocks of 10 guestrooms or more with meeting space or catering. Large-scale social events like fundraisers and awards galas with only catering may also contact Nicole in sales.

Ask Nicole for a set of our catering menus. Catered meals can be customized to your group’s flavor preferences and dietary needs. Ask about buffets, plated meals, snack breaks, and box lunches for your group. Chef Matthew has curated an amazing wine list and we proudly serve a selection of award-winning local Save the World Beer.

Eagle eye Observatory Private observatory sessions led by an astronomer at our dark sky location
Canyon Boat Cruise – Private narrated cruises in small groups with eight passengers with a wine and cheese option
Shake, Rattle & Coil – Private program led by a herpetologist with non-venomous snakes
Lakefront (Lake Buchanan) – Rent a section of our private lakefront for group fishing, campfires, kayaking, or other outdoor activities
Guided Nature Walks – Private guided nature walks led by a knowledgeable Master Gardener. Walks can be themed or general in topic
Live Music – Your group may enjoy our Saturday night live music performances held outdoors on the patio, or we can facilitate a local performer for a private performance
Labyrinth – Registered with the World-Wide Labyrinth Society, this is a space for spiritual growth and a symbol of transformation. This is an ideal place for a group activity Movies Under the Stars – Your group may enjoy our Friday night showing of a family-friendly movie outdoors on the patio. Movie snack food available for purchase.
